In case of weddings:

All brides and grooms deserves a perfect wedding. My aim is to make all of those couple’s dreams come true who comes to me with their ideas and expectations. Love conquers all the barriers and I will do my best not to let your limits stand in the way of your desired event. Everything is just a question of organizing and creativity. In case of other events:

All family event will be more sublime with a goergeous cake, a nice decoration, a tasty meal in a cosy place. With a professional photographer who will make these moments last forever. It is part of the wedding and event organizing that we meet at first for a nice chat to share each others ideas needs and notions as well as get to know each other. After we met I send You a personal offer with different services and approximate prices.

It is really important to mention that according to my opinion working for commission is not acceptable in this field, however a lot of wedding organisers do. My task is to organize the best event for you on the best reasonable price. Because of this, when I look for the service, I will negotiate in your name, and look for your interest at the first place. This is the reason why I work on a fix price, to be able to look your interests only. This is the only acceptable way of working for me. I think this is the fair and honest way of organizing. About my price we talk personally in every case. Here are the approximate prices what you can see below. Wedding Planning Services include, but are not limited to the following. These faires can change under different circumstances.

Golden package:

  • Overall Wedding Planning – For the Bride and Groom Who Wants it All!
  •  Personal and other type of consultation acccording the couples needs and continuous communication via e-mail and on the phone on working days (M-F: 9a.m.-17p.m.)
  • Organizing the bachelor and bachelorette parties
  • Venue and vendor selection
  • Vendor contact throughout the process, including onsite meetings and asking for offers
  • Organizing the contract signals with the final services
  • Informing the couple continuously about the ongoing tasks
  • Make the to do lists from the beginning and month after month
  • Help to choose the right design and theme of the wedding
  • Keep in touch with the service providers and the place of the wedding
  • Help to make and send the invitation cards, the guest list and the sitting cards with the order of the sitting (collect the names with numbers before if needed)
  • Make an appointment with the register office, the church, the dance school and the engaged teaching seminar if needed
  • Look for the best dresses for the bride, groom, family members and help to choose the appropriate style and the most fitting one,
  • Look for the shops, webpages or sewers whether it is a rented, bought or made for the bride and family
  • Wedding day timeline, contact list and management of all details from start to finish, keeping the day on schedule
  • Basicly help the couple with all the problems might come
  • Organising the honeymoon if needed
  • Event schedule for your wedding two weeks before
  • Conducting wedding rehearsal and ceremony logistics
  • Acting as a liaison between bride, family and vendors
  • On the big day attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)
  • Wedding emergency kit (Shout Wipes, hairspray, safety pins, Band-Aids, scissors, deodorant, straws, snacks, Static Guard, sewing kit, etc.)
  • Receiving deliveries and greeting vendors
  • Making sure wedding ceremony areas are set-up as planned
  • Making sure table numbers, place cards, programs, and wedding favors are correctly placed
  • Assisting with handing out wedding flowers, pinning on corsages, boutonnieres, etc.
  • Conducting everybody ont he place of the party, in case of rainy weather provide an umbrella for the couple and order taxis for those who need
  • Helping wedding party get in place
  • Making sure flowers are held correctly, timing is perfect
  • Helping the photographer, making sure family members are available and in place for the photographer
  • Making sure wedding reception area is set-up as planned, candles lit, DJ on schedule, etc.
  • Making sure all vendors receive final payments, if needed
  • Collecting guest books, cameras, personal items, etc. to be delivered to pre-arranged location
  • Making sure transportation is running on time
  • Preventing and fixing any problems that may arise
  • In case if it is necessary, organizing the transportation of the couple and family, friends
  • Providing a stress-free wedding day for the bride and groom!

The Golden package is 270.000HUF in case it is held in Budapest. Any other solutions and prices will be consulted personally.

 

Silver package:

  • Partial Wedding Planning, For the Bride Who has some time but goes for sure with a  professional help.
  • Personal consultation 3 times and monthly communication, (Monday-Friday) via email and on the phone in working hours 9-17h
  • Venue and vendor selection
  • Vendor contact throughout the process, including offers
  • Organizing the contract signals with the final services
  • Informing the couple once a month about the ongoing tasks
  • Make the to do lists from the beginning and month after month
  • Help to choose the right design and theme of the wedding
  • Keep in touch with the service providers and the place of the wedding

Bronze packages:

In case if you would like to organize your wedding and already started, just some problems show up, I am also here to help you with any of your questions. The fee of the personal advisory hours is 3000 HUF/hour.

Of course I can also be at your service after you organized and prepared everything already, just need someone to: make your day absolutely relaxing, supervise the vendors, follow the tasks and help you only to enjoy the big day you have been waiting for.

In this case for 5000 HUF/hour I will make you a time schedule and a to do list for the big day, with the programs and will show you and send to all of the vendors before.

Also I will be:

  • Attending, overseeing and directing the wedding ceremony and reception (up to 10 hours)

In case of other events:

Organizing fee of all family and other small events starts from 50.000 Ft. In case you would like to have my presence to help direcing the happenings, get together the programs, than my fee is 5000Ft/hour, for a minimum of 5 hours. In case it will be organised out of Budapest other costs will be charged.
